Gluten is a protein naturally found in grains such as Wheat, Rye, Barley & most Oats (because of cross contamination). Hidden sources of Gluten can not only be found in food, but can also be found in beverages, alcohol, vitamins, medications & make-up.

Why do people eat Gluten Free?
People with Celiac disease cannot consume food containing any amount of Gluten. There are also countless others who are suffering from less severe forms of gluten intolerances and sensitivities that can benefit from a Gluten Free lifestyle. Then there are those that just choose to remove Gluten from their diet for various reasons.
What is Celiac Disease?
One in every 132 people suffer from this serious autoimmune disease that damages the small intestines and interferes with the absorption of nutrients from food. It is triggered by the consumption of the protein Gluten, which in a Celiac, can cause severe damage to the small intestine.
